Enthu Heidi! While I was sitting near the travel desk and working on my laptop, I met this enthusiastic lady who worked in drug deadiction and rehabilitation. Here she is coordinating travel and hotel accommodation for the devotees who have come for Silver Jubilee from her country. Following is what she has to share: ________________________________________ I'm from Norway,I am a PhD in Sociology and met Art of Living 10 years ago, and I loved it from the first day! The knowledge and practice are so well designed, that I felt the benefits immediately.If I feel tired, I have these beautiful techniques to rejuvenate myself. Also I feel more positive and giving towards other people. I've taken the Teacher Training Program and I that has made me a stronger person, physically, mentally, emotionally and professionally. I love the way AOL shapes the people into better humans with the commitment to seva (service) to make the world a better place to live. I am so happy having an Art of Living family all around the world, wherever I travel I meet these wonderful people who care and share.
